Grab the HKS Genki Nissan Silvia, then copy the tune from that. Long story short, lock the diff and stiffen up the suspension. There is no single setup that works for all cars, or all driving styles. It's up to you to figure out what works for you and for each car. Anything specific that people tell you about drifting set ups is useless advice.
