Pi 4B and USBProxy. Drivehub is still managing the communication, I'm just injecting some packages to control some things, like a MITM.great, did you use an arduino or/and gimx?
According to the link bellow, yes. But try to look into Google for example for people using this combo to be sure.Hi guys, would this allow me to use my gtddpro with a ps3 and gt6? Currently dug out my dfgt for that! 😁
Done. Now I'm able to do SF1000 telemetry on GT7 without Simhub.I'm going to use this extra hardware to run telemetry for the SF1000, without needing Simhub. Already found some projects on Github for that.
Not the DD Pro, but I do know G pro does not feel identical. Mainly it’s the TrueForce that feels a little noisier.Has anyone used GT DD Pro with drivehub and compared it with native? i wonder if its the same feeling, so i can get another brand shifter.
Also, i updated the drivehub yesterday, and i just noticed now the rpm lights on my TS-PC with Ferrari 488 wheel works with GT7, very cool.
You dont get trueforce effect even when its get emulated to the same wheel? Not the DD Pro, but I do know G pro does not feel identical. Mainly it’s the TrueForce that feels a little noisier.
There is a bunch of details in the documentation for setups like yours, take a look to see if it helps. You dont get trueforce effect even when its get emulated to the same wheel?
I finally tested it and yes, its the same ffb. Now im struggling as everyone with the excesive amount of shaking on straights at high speed, higher downforce cars (like formula) are even worse.
also i had troubles at first to detect the gt dd pro on the controller usb, and when i have a thrustmaster shifter and the generic usb handbrake (that is compatible), it disconnects after some seconds, without the handbrake it works as it should.
I am confused at what you are trying to accomplish. GHUB is a PC app and Drivehub is for connection to consoles. You don't use Drivehub with a PC because you don't need to. And if you're using Drivehub with a console, why are you worried about a PC app?Hello, everyone. It's been a while since I last wrote, as it's been over a year since I switched from the Logitech G29 (which I used on Xbox thanks to DriveHub) to Fanatec CSL DD and various steering wheels.
I'm bothering you to ask two things:
1) Does CollectiveMinds has resumed supporting DriveHub, or have there been no updates since Podger left?
2) [this is basically THE QUESTION] I would like to try GeForce Now with a steering wheel and I read that currently only some Logitech models are supported: has anyone checked if a Fanatec steering wheel + DriveHub in FanaLogic mode (G29 emulation) works?
I read that it is necessary to install the G Hub application, and I am concerned that it may not recognise the steering wheel. Has anyone tried it?
At the same time I never tried FanaLogic mode so I don't know how to use it.
Thank you all.
GeForce Now app is actually compatible with Logitech wheels only.I am confused at what you are trying to accomplish. GHUB is a PC app and Drivehub is for connection to consoles. Good luck.GeForce Now app is actually compatible with Logitech wheels only.
My intention was to make the PC (in my case, a Mac) believe that the Fanatec wheel is a Logitech so that I could use it on GeForce Now.
Currently is working for me when I last tested it. You may need to remap the upshift/downshift paddles in game though. Default is push away for upshift and pull towards for downshift.Just to confirm, Simagic Shifter DS-8X does not work on Sequential mode right?
i went to options where you can test the wheel, shifter and pedal inputs, when its in H mode its registers Neutral then your shifts normally, but when in sequential mode its shows a "-" and no input is registered when shifting.Currently is working for me when I last tested it. I think I’m on the latest non-beta DriveHub firmware. Also make sure you calibrate the shifter (anytime you adjust the stiffness you need to recalibrate in my experience too, something to keep in mind). I’ve never personally tested it in sequential mode in options. What happens when you press a paddle shifter in options? In sequential mode pushing the shifter away from you simulates a right paddle while pulling towards you simulates a left paddle.i went to options where you can test the wheel, shifter and pedal inputs, when its in H mode its registers Neutral then your shifts normally, but when in sequential mode its shows a "-" and no input is registered when shifting.
May i ask what drivehub firmware are you using? Shifter came with 1.1.1 fw
That doesn't work.GeForce Now app is actually compatible with Logitech wheels only.

oh, i asumed it didnt work but didnt test it in game. I think the other problem is that drivehub tends to disconnect when the shifter is in sequential modeI think I’m on the latest non-beta DriveHub firmware. when you say disconnect, do you mean the entire thing shuts off or the shifter just stops working? I know for the former, a powered USB hub helped here as the shifter connected to the DriveHub drew too much power. Though there have been reports of it working without a powered USB hub.oh, i asumed it didnt work but didnt test it in game. For the first im not sure why not the first time, but my other regular data cable worked, the others i had were just power ones.So DS-8X in sequential worked without problems in game, but i have two remaining questions (i changed from trustmaster to fanatec)
First one simple but maybe concerning: Can you get a replacement micro usb cable for drivehub? i tried 2 different cables (for data) and they power the drivehub, wheel is recognized, but wheel doesnt start up on PS5 pro, only original cable does.
Second, im getting some frameskip or stutter when using the GT DD Pro on the controller port (native passthrough and no other accesory plugged in), its noticeable both in a monitor and in VR. Plugged the wheel directly the PS5 and the stutter is gone, i heard something about it, but it was supposed to be fixed right?
Any advice on how to fix that? do i need to revert to a specific beta FW?
No, it was not fixed, i played in VR just now and the stutters are still thereFor the first im not sure why not the first time, but my other regular data cable worked, the others i had were just power ones.
Having that one to test, i think the second problem could be because of the original cable being loose (some accidental disconnects), im 90% positive that its working better with the other cable.
Try to plug the g pro in the controller usb port instead of the wheel usb port.I haven't kept up with this in a quite a while, but I recently fired up GT7 for the first time in months with my Logi G Pro and the steering isn't working. Have I missed something other than DH now being discontinued? Is this the end of the line?
DH originally wasn't working at all so I updated its fw to 2.1.2 or whatever is shown as the latest. I have the PC only version of the wheel base. All buttons, shifter, pedals and handbrake are working, I just don't have steering or ffb.
