Drivehub no devices found win 10 pc

I brought the drivehub so I can connect my xb1 wheel to my ps4. Unfortunately, when I put it on Update mode at first instance (I connected it to pc to start with), it says no devices found. Can anyone help me please?

You have to hold down the P2 button to enter firmware update mode which you say it is in correct?
Try holding down P2 as you push in the USB
