Driver level stuck

My driver level has been stuck at C for months. I have like 20 wins in a row nearly. Posting a pic of my stats. Should I be higher than C?

Are you racing mainly in Race A?
Those don't give or take points to DR or SR, for some weeks now...

I guess I missed the memo. Way to ruin a good thing Polyphony. That explains why people keep leaving when I'm 30+ seconds out in first. Spent a lot of time yesterday perfecting my tune. Last night was sitting 44th global, 1:16.610. Lots of butt hurt racers out there, lol.
