driver names and leveling up the other drivers

how do they decide the driver names or is there a way to get better names. like i seen k. busch and i passeed right over it cause i was scrolling names for 15 minutes to find one i like. andalso whats the best way to use your drivers???? cause i level up one guy and the other drivers are now available . should i use them for my big races or go back and do easy races for them..

Completely random, took me hours to get these combinations.
