Driver Rating stage S

Hi, i just increased my driver rating from A to S, now im wondering how many players out there already achieved this level.
On European servers i´ve seen 3 other players so far. TSRacing_Zoky, derek737_DK and szarka996.
Anyone knows more in Europe? And how about the other server regions?

I've only seen Zoky myself. Hope to be there in the near future - I'm about a third of the way up A as it stands, but struggling to find time to play.

AFAIK there are 2 American and 2 Asian (?) with "S" Rank, so 8 in the world right now

But some are very close, too!

I was already closee to it 3 times but a few ruined races and my only rage quit brought me to around 65/70% again. It takes hours and hours to progress but if someone ruins your race by sending you off track, you lose a chunk of it. That's just stupid.

I'll probably race again soon but I just don't care about it now. Hoping for PD to make SR S harder to get and rework the penalty system because as it is, clean drivers get worse off than dirty ones.

I wonder if there's a rank over S cause the progress bar keeps raising when you're at it.

I don’t think so. But since you can drop to DR A once you’re at S, it must still account for variations in relative performance.

Congrats! I went on your profile yesterday and saw you had just got your S. I’m halfway through DR A. You’ll max out your S before I get there haha! (I’m probably going to stay in mid-A DR)

DR S is just a tiny blip on the horizon for me. I’m about a quarter of the way up B and really struggling. Usually in the lobbies with some of the top guys but always starting way at the back.

All of the S rated drivers (all 4 of them?) in the asia pacific region are japanese.. I would love to see the methodology behind the driver ranks and what percentages account for each of them in the future. S rank seems to account for less than 0.1 percent of drivers, maybe A is somewhere around 1-5%

Yes it´s quite hard to progress after you got level A. I lost about 25% of my A-Level because i had to quit two races to answer phone or doorbell.
Even when you´re in the warmup-lobby and have to quit, you will lose what took several victories to gain before.

Congrats to you. I think as long players can reach S with all kind of assists, it is not a joke but it does not make it that epic anymore. Just my opinion.
Would be great if there was a restriction of assist systems the higher the level gets.
How can you increase this lvl? You have to win races yes? And when you finish races at the back you can also loose points?

I'm hovering at A1/3 I was almost up to half but had to quit a session during warm ups, because kids

Its rough out there, I'd like to think I have a shot to grace the S class for a time. But A) too many bozos out there B) if I wait until all the bozos are gone only good drivers will be left making it even harder to progress. That is if GTS becomes anything like CoD when the game has been out for almost a year, the guys left playing CoD are so good its dumb.

Been at A forever, might get to S one day. I had to quit quite a few races because of a fussy baby though, and I'm sure I will quit many more.
