Driver Status help

Hi guys, i have a slight worry that I'd like to check out.

In the image, you can see that I've outlined a certain shape that has caught my attention. Because previoulsy, it used to be a forward pointing green arrow (atleast I think so), but now it is an orange right-downward diagonal arrow.

Please could you guys explain what it is, if I should be worried, and if so, is there a solution.

Oh, can you guys see the image, this is the first time I've uploaded one, so I may have done something wrong.

Cant see the image, but I know exactly what it is. The arrow changes from Green and up (best performance), Blue and across (average performance) to Orange and down (not so great performance). When you have more than one Bob you can choose the one with the best performance, if you only have one Bob you are stuck with how he performs.

There are lots of threads on this forum discussing these arrows. Have a look around you might find some useful info

I got it figured out pretty much. What you need is to rotate your drivers, once your main one is about Lvl 20. I have a full quota now, you just need to keep going and grinding til you reach the endurance and then you can level up easily.

From what I have found, it is when they run too many consecutive races then they get a bit grumpy. So rotate them, they will win and be blue for a few races. When it is blue, they race a little bit harder and faster. When it is orange, they tend to crash in to other cars when lapping or overtaking or make silly mistakes regardless of how high their level is.

Thanks guys for the help, I have the ability to choose another bob, so I think I'll go along with your advice and rotate my drivers.
