I consider myself to be a reasonable drifter, but find that with the only way i can get good scores is to pull the FFB cable out the back to lighten the wheel up, otherwise i find it too heavy to twirl as necessary, even with power steering on.

Does anyone have any advice regarding settings for that wheel, or is it possibly more to do with poor technique than anything else.

Any advice is good advice

I have this problem as well.

To anyone who responds the driving force PRO is the old wheel that came out with GT4. It was the original 900 degree rotation wheel and has slower motors in it than the driving force GT and G25/27

Just practice speeding up the wheel spin yourself. I have a DFGT and I still find it way to slow when I'm drifting

could depend on your car set up and how you initiate your drifts. Trying to flick the car into a turn aggresively with high hp and low grip tires is hard. really gotta throw the wheel to get proper counter steer to catch the drift. I found it was more fun to make mellow entries so the wheel can keep up and to keep that annoying gear sound to a minimum
