I love how it sounds when you're driving your car through a tunnel, sounds almost realistic! The sounds in this game are amazing compared to GT5, which I've been a die hard fan until now. Sound is very important to me, especially in a racing, car sim. It makes the game come alive. With that being said, I wish they had a track with a long tunnel, like a mile or more, just so that i can take my car for a spin and WIDE OPEN THROTTLE it all the way through. The sound is orgasmic! I wish GT5 got that right, let alone the sound period. There's a highway track with a very long tunnel in GT5, but you can hardly notice a difference in the way it sounds when driving through it. But in Forza, you can clearly hear the difference, the sound is amplified and there's this nice reverb echo, just like in real life.

Audio effects like that have been possible for a number of years, but they need to be used, and used well. FM4 is really great on engine audio. I even tune my cars based on noise; when adding power, the Race Intake Manifold goes on first. :)

I love the sound, it's been great since Forza 3, but you can notice the attention to detail with the sound when you have headphones on, get close to a wall on the right hand side and you can hear a slight tone difference in your right ear :D

I love the sounds in Forza 4, they are amazingly good. Driving an Aston Martin DBS at full throttle through a tunnel produces an incredible sound. :D

The sound of this game is just mesmerising. Just sitting idling or blipping the throttle for a few minutes is a favourite past-time of mine.
