DS3 something holding my steering back.

I'm using a Ps3 dual shocks 3 controller (not really sure if it matters)
and well sometimes I can lose traction in a turn and pretty much there is not enough countersteer even tho the wheels still has some amount to turn still.
going around turns I cant fully turn the wheel, depending on throttle around that turn, if I give it more, the wheel will start to turn less...
This drives me crazy and have had this issue with all driving games, and it feels like its putting a handicap on me.
(a game called RoR I can drive fine without the handicap)

How can it remove this steering aid or whatever?

Thanks,
Higgins909

A DS3 will limit how much the wheels will turn based on the stick being able to move just a few degrees compared to a proper wheel.

The only way to "remove the aid" is to buy yourself a wheel. Just get yourself a used DFGT or G27 and you'll be set. (Says the guy who never owned an FFB wheel before buying a T500RS.)

Human thumbs are evolving, partly due to excessive smart phone usage and less practical experience with manual labour.

Have you tried using the D pad?

Thats a bit of a bummer, I wish my thrustmaster ferrari gt (think thats it) worked with the game as it worked with gt4 and suposibly gt5 P.

I thought the G27 was a $300 wheel, but on amazon I see it for about $220?
id prefer the G27 for the stick shift and price then the T500RS and the dfgt I might as well spend a bit more and get something im more happy with.

Do you know if the G27 works with GT6?
