Dvd

Ok... i found out that our library rents DVD's i was like cool... so i rent one and i hook my ps2 through the vcr so i could tape the DVD while i watch it and then have it on vhs... well it for some reason has a "tracking" problem or something, its all liney when i watch it, someparts its good other parts its bad, its written into the tape though, so its recording it bad basicly, im pretty sure its not the vcr becuase ive tried 2 different vcr's.. does anyone know why this is happening. thanks for help!

The RF modulator won't solve this problem either unfortunately. Macrovision is a copy protection scheme used to prevent the copying of DVD's to tapes. In all honesty, I'm not sure how it works, but I know it's effective as hell. You can mod your PS2 with a modchip (Provided you have the expertise and the right model PS2) that will disable macrovision. Some DVD players can be hacked through various means to disable Macrovision as well.

lol well whats the fun in all that?? all that is leagle lol yeah i rent dvds from blockbuster or hollywood video, and sometimes family video, they are building one close to my house, its cool stuff
