You need to complete the missions for each property in order to collect the money (which fills up like a timer over the course of 24 game time hours.)
For example at cherry popping you need to make 50 drug deals, and then you can collect 2-3000 each day at cherry popping's property. And after you complete the vercetti missions you can collect 5000 per day there.
The best place to buy (50,000) is the car dealership because you can win races which pay off 40k (30k actually, you spend 10k on the entry fee.) And you can do that race over and over.

I've bought the Malibu and completed its missions and am now getting 10 grand a day. i bought the Car Dealership and finished everything there and i get 9 grand from that, plus the five grand i get from the estate and 2 grand from the boat docks. I am getting around 26 thousand a day from that. When i get around to it i will sell more "ice cream" at cherry poppers. I've sold 70 so far, but am not earning money. I think you have to sell like 175 or so but im not sure.

Vigilante missions pay off very well, especially in the higher levels.

How do you deliver pizza's? When i go to the pizza place, i don't see a mission start point.

On the right of the Pizza place (near the back) there is a pizza moped, when u get on it the pizza missions will start

you have to sell 50 ice cream for the cherry poppers place without exiting the mission? i am soo stupid... i sell like 40 and then quit.

Taxi: 100 drop-offs, not in one shot, just 100 total.
Police: Level 12, in one run (brown thunder mode makes short work of this)
Ambulence: Level 12, one run (start from the hospital in vice point, the one near the mall)
Fire: Level 12, one run. really easy, just dont run over teh people as they bail from the cars on fire.

Not always, but they're driving around as normal, and when you're zipping from one place to another, you'll see plenty.
As for the Brown Thunder missions:
Once you get 3 stars, you'd better hurry for your Hyman hideout, take the star, then change clothes, or the police heli's will shoot you down

Never happened to me.
Although the r3 missions have a health regen. (at least ambulence and vigilante) get a vehicle smoking and complete a level in one of the r3 missions, the smoke should go down a level (fire->billowing black smoke->solid stream of gray smoke-> bursts of gray smoke->no smoke)
