So I don't know if this has already been posted, but helped me out a lot. I previously broke in my cars by doing 15 grueling laps at SSR7. But now I found a much easier if not quicker way to break your car in. Take your bob and your desired car to "Like The Wind" event. Do the Indy course four times and your car should be fully broken in. You don't even have to drive!

I usually just spam the B-spec Sunday Cup so at least regardless of if I'm tuning a Mini or a McLaren, it'll win.

Seeing as it takes about 180 miles to break in a car I just set a bob up to go on the laguna seca 200 race. That way I don't have to spam anything and I come back to a car ready to roll.

Yea but Laguna has quite a bit of turns. Indy Speedway has 4 wide ones :D

Faster overall speed = quicker break in.

Yeah but in B-spec dont you need to let the race finish? And Indy is 500 miles vs 200, think it's about 10 or 15 minutes less time to run Laguna on B-spec. Not that 15 minutes makes any real difference, I usually leave for four or five hours at a time when breaking in cars.

What I do, so long as the car has at least 500PP, is B-Spec the Grand Valley enduro. If it has over 600PP and I'm getting ready to go to bed, I B-Spec the Nurburgring 4-Hour race.

I see how my approach is different. For me, I set of bob at Indy, meanwhile, I'm around watching tv, chores, on the laptop... etc waiting for bob to finish. You guys seem to just throw bob into an enduro and head to bed

If you're going to be around, your way is best, cause you get paid.
My way is quickest, and an endurance race is best for heading off to bed.

3 good ways though. 👍

15 laps @ Nurburgring. Thats how I roll lol. :gtplanet:
^^my recommendation^^
Of course I generally break in cars while I'm tuning them/tweaking their tunes so I very seldom find a need to just sit down and spend a solid block of time doing nothing but breaking in a car.
Another favorite is to just use it on seasonal races until its fully broken in which helps me to keep my bank account in the positive.:D
