Depending on where u look, mine came with our pc. If anything it would be $40 max.

It comes with the TV tuner card... of course for a separate program you'll have to pay....

I suggest Virtualdub... it's probably the only good one I've seen.

the only thing bout virtual dub is.. well I can't make full movies.. I can't only edit the ones I have... not putting them together..

My Studio DV came with my pc, so I'm sorry bout the misunderstanding. If you don't know anyone who has it, you'll probably need to buy it. Its one of the more user friendly versions of vid editors i have seen tho.
