Editing software with multiple camera

Hello!
I'm a youtuber and at the moment I'm editing videos with windows live movie maker. I would now want to start filming my steering wheel when I'm driving and put it in the corner of the screen. I know there are many editing sofwares like sony vegas which can do just that, but I would like to download an editing software which can do this and is free. I know there's not easy to find one but if anyone know any please answer! I don't want any trials.
