Elevated Camera Positions

I'm trying to get a list of all the elevated camera positions. They are what you need to use the miniature filter effectively. So far all I can come up with is the first one or two corners at Eiger and the exit of the last tunnel On Grand Valley. If you happen to come across any, please share.
