The Elfin MR5 is an Australian Formula 5000 racing car made by Elfin Sports Cars in 1971/72.
Designed by Elfin owner/driver Garrie Cooper, the MR5 was the first Elfin built to the Formula 5000 rules that were the premier open-wheel category in Australia at the time. A total of four MR5s were built and the cars were powered by Repco-Holden or Ford 5.0-litre V8 engines.
