Email problems.

I am recieving emails that tell me that a thread I was in was replied to. So I turned that option off (as well as anyother option that lets someone email me, off). But I am still recieving emails (a ton, 147 since I last checked, about 20 hours ago.), I don't wanna reecieve emails. Can anyone help me?

In the emails, theres a link that say "unsubsricbe from all subsribed threads".
