EOS 60D vs. EOS 70D, should I upgrade?

So, christmas is coming up, and I'm hoping for a reasonable bonus. My EOS-60 has served me fairly well, but the 70 is now here.

In short, it has a better sensor and processing (according to Canon), and a few other features such as touch screen, on board HDR function, GPS and Wi-Fi...

I can make sense of upgrading from a financial point of view (as in, I'll have the money, and then I can sell my 60 too), but I'm wondering if I'm likely to see any tangible results. Anybody had any experience with the '70D yet?

I've heard the sensor is quite impressive, but it won't mean too much if you don't have decent quality lenses. So what lenses are you using at the moment?
