epsxe problem

I bought my copy of gt2 yesterday and install epsxe with the bios and the plugins. Everything was fine. I played Gt2 for the rest of the night. This morning I turned on my cumputer, open epsxe and put the gt2 disc in the cd-rom. I did File->run cd-rom. Nothing happened. The epsxe window closed. What is causing this problem?? How can I fix it??
