Quick Nurburgring Testing from me:

Lexus Petronas (Bought From New) 1'52"1xx
Motul GTR (Fully Broken In) 1'51"802
Raybrig NSX (605PP) 1'52'1xx (Potential 1'51"8xx)
Raybrig NSX (607PP) 1'51"371 (Better Driving)

The NSX would probably need to be at 607 to be competitive at the Nurburgring.

Nice vid Chris.
But I see its really hard to race and to see who beside you with hood cam. Thats why I use bumper cam. You have the rear view mirror on the top and you basiclly see everything going on around you.

I use also the hood cam, and its quite tricky sometimes....
Think it wouldn´t be that hard for PD to put a mirror
there also.:ouch:
I have tried a few times the bumpercam, but I drive slower
with that one....

Im also using the bumper cam. Tried with the hood cam for a while but as you said Nissman - you just cant see the opponents with that cam :(

I wish they would improve the cockpit cam... And make it available on ALL cars. It's impossible to see the Apex in the Lexus and NSX i think...

Just use the hard compound all together i think its much better racing, alot more to think about when racing instead of powering it around the corners with nothing to worry about lol

You dont have nothing to worry about for about 6-8 laps, but when tyre wear kicks in you have a lot to worry about on softs. And like Max said, the lap record in Suzuka (real Life) is 1.49.xxx, I dont see how that is possible on softs let alone on hards. :dunce:

Hards a lot more challenging, people will make more mistakes.

I prefer racing on hards.
Its more challenging and i actually think it makes for cleaner more realistic racing.

Racing on softs is alot more agressive, where as on hards you need to think about what you are going to do.

I also use to think softs are not that challenging, but then you see Tony1311 lap 1 sec faster than 99% of drivers and this is where I find my challange. Its not just full throtlle out of every corner there's a lot more to this. If it woudn't be, we would beat Tony here and there, but it aint that easy is it?

I do see the point on racing hards but its also challenging racing on softs as they wear out and pit tactics to go with 1 or 2 stops.

Ultimate laptimes are challenging and definatley it aint easy :)
But that is his ultimate speed and he is just faster.
I will never be as fast as tony on any tire we use.
I'm sure you could have that challenge on racing hards too :P
Just i think its easier to race at my pace on softs than it is on hards.

Anyway maybe we could have a mixture of both tyres next season.
Some tracks we could use racing hards and others softs.

Indy Road is a good track for racing hards.

Vitaly Petrov :))
Great race , sorry Chris did not mean to do that i just thought that you left a room for me to overtake so I went for it...
I need to work something out with tyres because 3 stop strategy does not work for me.Any advice please?

Михаи́л Серге́евич ;)

I think if You want a challenge...go with 1 stop races.:D
In the end its like driving with racing hards.:)

But theres also other series like Masi´s WSGTC where they
use Racing Hard tires and Heavy Damage. I suggest that
You try that also.👍 Just for to compare where its maybe
cleaner or more close racing.👍

To stop any further discussion about tires, We go with
Racing Softs(which these cars are meant to be driven with),
and light damage.

I know for sure that We would have got 300% more
complaints if we would use Heavy Damage.
