If you drive a Turbo GT-R at 613PP, I'm sure you will be in the 1'16.x. I done a 1'17.5 with the cars we use, and you're always at least one sec/minute faster than me.

Johan, have you had a go in the Z by any chance, I just dont think it can do much more than my PB which is an 18.0. Just wanted to know if thats all the pace it has at this track or if i need to re think my strategy?

I love Nürburgring as well but i don't feel like watching replays for like 2 years after the race. The track is way to narrow for decent overtaking besides the long back straight or the straight @ the start/finish line...

Come on,i can watch replays for you And we all are almost professionals so we know where to overtake and where not.So replacing nurb 24h was quite weird.It would have been fun to race the legendary track as final track,grande finale

after about 400 laps.(NOT kidding).From Low 20´s when I started.Now I got 1 LUCKY low 17. It was all about getting
the last sector good.(I lose there about 0.6 seconds normally).

1´18 is a very good lap in race conditions, Think 19.5 would be mine average laptime in Race, (if I keep myself on the road).

Yeah I just havent had time to practice that much this week - maybe about 40-50 laps. I think I am losing a lot in the last sector as well will see how it goes. I am okay-ish for race pace so will just hope thats alright- keeping it on the road will be a big factor!

In general, my take on the Z compared to the GT-R is that the Z has better initial acceleration but not so good aero. Handling is about the same.

The Z will do very well accelerating out of slow corners, like the thrid sector at Fuji. Laguna has more medium/high speed corners where the Z's aero will hamper the overall performance.

I don't think Laguna is a bad track for the Z but the GT-R is probably just a little better here. A track like Monaco is probably perfect for the Z.

fighting for positions. I´m not really sure that all of You
Guys are ready yet for that track....maybe in the future.

This is really it. If you drive in the middle of the track which you are entiteld to do, there is no space to overtake in a wide GT500. Frustration will build up and then come the bumps, crashes, and penalties. Simple as that.

I´m aiming for low 19s in the race, my best so far is 18,2 don´t think I can do much better at this time.

The Z has 505hp and 78kg/? of torque. The GT-R 506hp and 66kg/? of torque. I think the limiter of the Z is its aero, not the HP (same). In slow sections, the Z will be better due its better torque, and fast sections the GT-R will be better due to its better aero.

We could do a few interresting events outside the Championship. Now that we got a nice group of racers.
I´m thinking of the only day I could do it, and it would
be Friday nights at 22GMT.

No penalties afterwards, gentleman rules.

Prices for the Winners: Rare Cars&Chrome Paints.(Rickie with 900+ cars & chrome paints could be the Donator).👍

We could allow only Reg players from here. And it would be good if everybody have mics.(for warnings & sorries).

EDIT: We could split up the groups by: 25-30+ age drivers in one and younger in the other.
Maybe same make cars...."Recommended" Calsonic.......? Not time consuming setup findings, just RACE !

Adz i wouldnt get to concered about ppls ultimate 1 lap pace... it could just be gained at the sacrifice of tyre wear due to the set up.....so in the end as always it comes down to race pace anyway

rules that people should use dots and big letters in front i think everyone should try to use those in this thread also i understand if someone is writing from their phone that it is a little complicated but hope you understand what i mean of course as you see mistakes happens to me also sometimes
