ETX Forum 150 At Nurburgring
About: Many people were interested in doing a mini endurance race at the Ring; So here ya guys go! Now, this will be a challenging race. And for the amount of time spent coming up with the rules/carset; Hopefully quite organized. (Also on very short notice!) The race should take anywhere from an an hour and fifteen minutes (1:15.00) to about an hour and a half. (1:30.00) If you aren't interested in it; Don't even bother commenting...
The cars will be separated by class; and scored by each class and their own finishing order. Once you cross the line on lap 10 (to start lap 11) you need to state in the chat you finished. Once everyone has finished. I'll work up a sheet for an Unofficial Results chart. Then either the next day, or later that night I'll watch the race replay to confirm accuracy. So although it's pretty much based on a honesty basis. I'll make sure nobody wants to cheat. The only prize I can offer would be any car on Gran Turismo 5 (Premiums Only) that is under 1 Million. And I'll send it to you. Probably 2/3 cars you could pick. Since I have an ungodly amount of money on that game.

Laps-10 (Room will be set to 11 so the rest of the drivers in slower cars can finish)
Restrictions-
No Active Steering
No Active Stability Management
Traction Control Needs To Be 6 Or Below
Skid Recovery Force Is Allowed
ABS: 1 Or Off

Weather: 50%
Weather Change: 7
Schedule:
3:00 PM Eastern- Open Practice 1
4:00 PM Eastern- End of Practice 1
6:00 PM Eastern- Open Practice 2
6:45 PM Eastern- End of Practice 2
7:10 PM Eastern- Actual race lobby opens
7:30 PM Eastern- All participants should be online and in the lobby
7:35 PM Eastern- Drivers meeting to assure everyone understands rules
7:45 PM Eastern- A one lap race to check for lag/other issues
8:05 PM Eastern- Actual race will begin
9:20 PM Eastern- LMP Cars should near their last lap
9:30 PM Eastern- All LMP Cars should be finished/ GT class cars should be on their last lap
9:45 PM Eastern- Racing should be concluded. Unofficial results will be posted*
10:00 PM Eastern- Lobby will be closed
*Any reports of unsportsmanlike racing/driving should be reported in the lobby while most (hopefully all) drivers are in the lobby still)
If interested, leave your PSN ID, as well as what car you want to drive so that you get the car you want.
It would be nice if you had a mic. But it's not required. And it would be AMAZING if someone who has a capture card could record the race and email it to me to be edited in Vegas and posted on YouTube.
It would also be nice if you could head over to our league's Facebook and give us a like, so we can keep in touch with you easier to make sure we get it setup easily.
