Experience bar glitch/bug after Le Mans 24 Hour?

Warning: The following is not significant in any way and is just a curious observation.

Bob has an experience bar which normally fills up depending on how many races he has been in: it is half full at 250 races (about level 40) and is full at 500 races (when you get the Air of Experience trophy for his career reaching its peak [even though he has long started to lose some of his stats]).

I used one bob for most of the game but eventually created 3 new bobs when I decided to run the Le Mans 24 hour (1 of the three had been in 1 race, and 2 were complete newbies). Anyways after the race I noticed that the experience bars of all three had filled up to the half way point: so now when I compare their experience bar with another bob who has undertaken the same number of races, but without having been in a 24 hour race, their bars are significantly different.

So is it just a fluke or is throwing a newbie into a single 24 hour race fill up 250 races worth of experience and give him many gray hairs? Has anyone else noticed an abnormal change following a 24 Hour race?

In a few weeks I will be able to run them in the 24H Ring and I wonder if the other half of their bar will fill up.

Found this after searching. This exact same thing just happened to me. I ran the 24h race with 2 Bobs; my main one with around 140 races under his belt, and one with around 30 I had been using during in the earlier series when I thought the bad form arrow made my main guy sure to lose

Anyway, they now share the same experience bar size despite their 110 race difference. I've only ran this race one time so I don't know if the increase is this huge each time like you hypothesized. Have you tried since? I don't want to have to put him down early lol.

I commented on this in another post earleir today.

I have the maximum number of Bobs, 1 of which I have had since launch day, and the rest are around 1 week old. My oldest Bob is around halfway on experience and one of my new Bobs is also around halfway on experience already, yet my other Bobs have barely registered. All of the new Bobs have been taking part in endurance races and have been used a similar amount of times, yet one seems to be progressing in experience a lot quicker than all of the others.
