experience on BOBs

Have a question. All my Bobs are level 40, but their experience level are different. Two of them are full, while the rest are half way. Give them a few endurance runs, but seems like that won't help boost their experience at all.

So, are the Bobs stop gaining experience after they reach level 40?

1 race is 1 race in his career.
The driver Level up EXP you get after the race is not related to career EXP of the driver.
