Expired DLC code

I got GT sport for Christmas in 2018 and forgot to redeem the DLC for the limited edition content. It is now expired, any ideas? PlayStation support recommend contacting the publisher, but I don’t see anything to contact POLYPHONY DIGITAL.

I'd ask PS support for an email for publisher support.
I just went to Polyphony and had google translate from Japanese..... was led to gran-turismo.com and the support site there sends you to..... Playstation!
You might have to grin and bear it as a "lesson learned".

Sony, via PlayStation Studios, is the publisher. PD is the developer. You'd need to contact PlayStation, not PD...

... but the code is expired, and nobody will be able to do anything about it.
