Extreme Hall, Real Circuits, Tsukuba, 200 Aspec

Kinda quiet here lately, so I figured I would share one of my favorite races from my 100K Aspec quest. I had struggled with this particular race for a while, until I tried something unconventional. I noticed a similarity in PWR with one of my favorite cars and the previously reported prime candidates for this race. It was an edge of your seat start and finish, with an interim which taxed my patience as well as driving skill. For this report, I thought I might try something unconventional as well. I've always been a fan of stories which are told without dialogue. I've seen it done in comics and on the rare TV episode. If you'll allow me, I would like to try that here. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I hope you enjoy them.

My apologies to those on dialup, I trust the image size is appropriate otherwise. The car was outfitted with everything, including the kitchen sink. Not sure if any ballast was needed, but some laughing gas probably helped. The Shelby was on R2's and had an extremely helpful tendency towards slight oversteer under power. I'm unsure as to why the Pescarolo went wide at my final pass. It must have been cold tires.
He should have yielded at pit out, anyway.

All in all a most rewarding challenge, even without the points.

Great race report - enjoyed it all. I am going to have to give this a try, perhaps with something other than the Shelby.

What happened to the Bentley?

I passed the Bentley coming out of the hairpin leading to the back straight on lap 1. He passed me back when I took turn 1 too wide on lap 4. He pitted behind the Jag on lap 12 and fell back to P6, which is where he finished the race, ~8.5 sec back.

It was kinda funny. Seeing a sport car being follow by hungry leman wanting first place. It just funny, and also shocking to see how you past them all. To tell truth, i never see any thing like that. any tuner/sport/muscle/production/concept car beat Leman groups. Honestly, Leman should be creaming everything. I guess it AI fault for being sucks.
