Thats a good one that. The only real hint i can give you is to use slight motion blur and or zoom blur. Gives it lots of reaistic motion. Oh, and lower the opacity of the rain, some people makes the rain way to bright. You can barely see rain when its falling.You really need to tell me how you made the drops look so real. They are almost perfect.
