Lookin' really good. Crew chief sounds better. Love some of the new pre-race animation. Looks like they got some of the actual steering wheels modeled in the car this time? Head that was an issue in 2010.
1 thing, though. At 1:20, how did that Red Bull/Toro Rosso car remain side-by-side with the player even after running into what I assumed was a sand trap?

Looking and sounding real good. No more generic steering wheels (at least judging by the McLaren), even the up/downshifts sound a bit more distinctive. Looking forward to seeing more.

As for the wheels, yeah they are all in there, no generic wheel like last time, they are all modelled.
As for the Torro Rosso overtaking on the Gravel trap, I don't know but I guess its an early build & will change by release.
I've seen that the grass can be really slippery though as I think he loses it on the grass in one of his mistakes (goes to check now before I sound like an idiot) maybe not he just lost it with too much of the noisy pedal.

The 2010 crew chief is pretty good IMO and I also noticed the car is parked on the left side of the garage not the right like in 2010 and the spinouts seem more correctable?

I hope garage position does change now, being on the other side when you step up to 1st driver would be cool.

I like the look of it and things definitely have improved yet by the looks of things an instant uncorrectable slide still occurs with no warning at all which I thought would have been fixed but I guess not.

A safety car would really spice up the inevitable online races on GTP, as if the Pirelli tires wouldn't.
Also, it was said in the F1Fanatic report that the DRS zones would be an educated guess, in the VVV video, the guy driving got on the DRS along the hanger straight. Guess wrong then, but I hope they have this updated by the time the game comes out.

Most complaints I've read say that slides auto correct themselves too much.
Haven't played in a while mind so I may be wrong on that.
As for the SC I can see both pluses and minuses for having it in the game.
Great in the offline career mode, should add a lot to the immersion.

Its funny seeing all these people saying this doesn't confirm the safety car. Codemasters knew what they were implying and intended to imply it and its an official trailer so if it isnt in its false advertising and CM will get a huge fine.

I must admit I am starting to wonder whether to get it for PC (I'm starting to be a PC gamer a lot more recently) or get it on PS3.
The online thing where you can do a season with a friend sounds cool & I'd need PS3 for that.
I am wondering how that would work though. Will you both be on the same team all the time? Will there be more than 1 season? Can you be in different teams? Ahh, I want to know.
I am definitely getting this though, I tried 2010 didn't like the handling that much & just played GT5
2011 could be decent enough to share play-time.
This is one of my gripes with 2010... I have already raced and won a few championships and this and the pits are terrible. Yesterday I was doing a rain race and made sure to get in the pits early, I had plenty of time and they held me until the whole field went by.
Anyways, can't wait for 2011 and I HOPE they have fixed the spin arounds because you can't control it.

What about damages? The game looks great but I saw some unrealistic contacts in the OP video, the suspensions are way too resistants compared to real life, any news about an option to go nuts and have more realistic damages or...?
Really hope they didn't follow the crappy Gran Turismo damage system.
