Just got F1 2012. I have noticed that sometimes the penatlies are cheap and very unfair. At Catalunya, two opponents collided into each other, one span out in front of me, I had no time to react and crashed into him. I got a penalty for unsportsmanlike behavior. Really dumb. Anyone else notice this?

I am new to the series, and other than the unfair penalties, I am really loving the game, good challenge with Pro and Legend difficulty.

I haven't personally received any penalties that I would deem unfair.

I've had worse! I was defending from Maldonado into the final cicane at Canada. He turned into me (his front right just about touching my right rear) but the contact was minimal. Neither of us spun and I didn't even notice until the penalty appeared on the start straight and I used rewind to see why....

I've had plenty of unfair penalties. Simple answer is either to re-start, use flashbacks, or to adapt your driving style to try and avoid them in the first place. The last option is preferable as a solution from a pure point of view, but won't eliminate the issue entirely.

Obviously, you shouldn't need to do any of these and the game should be fairer towards non-AI drivers.
