F1 B SPEC race help

So if my experience bar is full, I will be able to do B SPEC races with ease, I am having trouble getting Gold on F1 in B spec Extreme Series.

I managed to get 4 golds and skipped 2 races becuase it wasn't possible to recover from my Level 40 bobs stupid mistakes and got a Silver trophy.


This is the only B-spec race I have got left to do in this mode.

What settings did you use ( Question to people who managed to get all golds? )

Your Experience bar should not be full on the driver.
Getting the career bar to full is like pulling a Darrell waltrip or Damon hill or david coulthard... time to retire to the race commentary booth. As the driver is washed up.

Level 40 drivers are fine but after the driver has been available to race for 400 ish races, bar 75-80% full, hes starts a quick decline in skills.

FGT car.
FULL down force.
Drop the gear ratio down 15 MPH for the shorter tracks to increase acceleration.
Softest tires the event allows. Double check.
No other changes.
Done. All Gold
