Very interested in F1 cars. Question is do real life F1 cars use toe out in the rear wheels? If you look at the F1 cars in GT3, they have like -3.0 of toe out in the rear.

suggestion for f1 settings: keep em normal...thats what i do and still win every race in my f094/s(well, in that car how CAN'T you win?) i am just saying, i was doing the settings and didn't like any, so i kept reg.

Hey, welcome to GTPlanet, icon!

If you want to move a thread, look to the bottom right of your screen. You'll see a box called "Admin Options". Click the scroll arrow and there will be a selection called "Move/Copy Thread". Select that.

As to the F1 settings, I have a list that cuts at least 3 seconds off my lap times. Hold on, I'll just dredge it up.

Alright, here we go. Enjoy!

No, would cause the car to spin out

yep pretty close so that it dont matter

In the OLR comps ive been in that involve F1's its been the Poly 001 and the f094/s that have been pared of against each other

hey just go to settings, choose to save your settings. this will save what you currently have, then you can mess around as much as you want and when ur finished choose 'load settings' and load up ur original ones again.

i wasn't able to use those gears you chose sand storm, mine don't go that high... are you sure they are correct?

Hey Sandstorm, those gear ratios must be wrong, they are too high, not only that but the car feel like it accelrates slow aswell

It gets 51.4 at midfield

personally i dont bother with the setups at the Vault as ive found that they are slower than mine in any case

This is your question: "Question is do real life F1 cars use toe out in the rear wheels?" I think they do. I've seen Michael Schumacher's F12004 ferrari with the wheels a bit out at some tracks....he tends to have the car stiff. Sometimes its all wired....the tires "vertically" sometimes are slanted a bit inward. crazy stuff man.
