F686/M F1 Car Settings

What is the best setup for the test coarse with this car? Im in the F1 campionship series and this is the race Im on. I cant get the car to go faster than 128mph. Also is there anyway to change your oil while in a series? Because my oil light is on and it is robbing me of 60hp. Thanks.
