Aain Prost and Keke Rosberg. Though the one in GT3 isn't actually the car they used, it's just the GT3 version of the car. More or less identicle, but not actually either of their two cars. It has its own paint job.

Humm strange the other cars were based off a car and driver right? Like the F094/S and F094/H but thanks anyways for the info.

You're wrong, Toronado. The F686/m was the 1986 Williams Honda driven by Mansell.

That's cool. I haven't studied any of the F1 cars yet, so I didn't know they were based on real-life. Where do you guys go to find this sort of info on GT3 F1 cars versus real-life? Just curious.

I read somewhere that the first number is the engine configuration ie 6 being v-6 8 being v-8 and 0 being v-10 etc. and the second 2 numbers are the year of the car. So this car would have a 6 cylinder engine from 1986. I dont know what the F stands for but I think the last letter is the drivers first name initial.

From GTP's very own GT3 car list

F090/S (F1, McLaren, Senna, 1990) '90 (US Only)
F094/H (F1, Williams, Hill, 1994) '94 (US Only)
F094/S (F1, Williams, Senna, 1994) '94
F686/M (F1, Williams, Mansell, 1986) '86 (US Only)
F687/S (F1, Lotus, Senna, 1987) '87 (US Only)
F688/S (F1, McLaren, Senna, 1988) '88

The 6 denotes a V6, the 0 is a V10. The next number is the year. The letter is the driver's surname (Senna, Mansell, Hill).

PAL drivers only got the F094/S and the F688/S, renamed as the Polyphony001 and polyphony002 respectively.

Very cool. I won one of these a few weeks back, not even sure which one I have. It's fast, though..I know that much.

Isn't it ironic how the US market got 6 F1 cars, while the European market only got 2, even though Formula 1 is much bigger in europe than in he US?

^ I too found that incredibly strange. Meanwhile I'm still plugging away on obtaining Gold S licenses. I had a week break thanks to Metal Gear Solid 2.

I find it incredibly sucky. Wonder if PAL users can use a shark to get the additional F1s?

Semi OT:
Is there a way to use a 100% gamesave from the net without using gameshark?

Cause it's a pain in the butt to win at Midfield with a 150hp Daihatsu Starion agianst an Audi S4. :indiff:
