Couldn't find an appropriate thread for this, and it isn't really even GTP-related.
I'll explain; about 3 weeks ago I was in a private FB chat with an old friend when we got talking about our previous students, I mentioned that for a while I taught one of the original Billy Elliotts.
Now I'm seeing adverts for the musical everywhere. I haven't Googled it, I haven't visited a Billy Elliott site... the conclusion I'm forced to is that FB does ad-scraping from inside 'private' conversations?
Has anyone else had a similar experience or is this further proof of my paranoia/madness?
