First things first, can you post your specs for your PC and internet? I could say that you have heavy traffic for your area, but I don't want to do that unless I can see something for sure.

EDIT: On topic, clear cache, temp files (as Furinkazen said), reset cookies, reboot pc and if worst comes to worst, reinstall your browser or use a different one.

If none of that fixes it, get your hammer and slowly but painfully smash the 🤬 out of everything. Works a treat.
