I have the Clubsport V2 with the Forza wheel, the Clubsport is booting up, wheel spinning, but start button ring goes to red, not to green which is the default XBox mode.

No buttons on the wheel work, this started yesterday running PC2, during a race the buttons became unresponsive, the wheel was still turning, paused the game powered down the start button then powered it back on everything worked, then it happened again repeated the same procedure worked again, but the third time nothing was able to get back up and going.

A firmware update was done about a week ago

I have tested it, PS4 & PS3 same issue, my laptop does see the base, did a another firmware update, but after it finished the wheel doesn't turn.
So I can’t tell if it’s a issue with the wheel or the base

The button turning red means it's in PC mode.

Green means Xbox Mode.

After the firmware update, you did the manual centering of the wheel as required?

I have the hub for the Xbox One attached, so by default it goes to the Xbox Mode (green), I have tested it on the PS4 (red) on PCars but the wheel doesn't work in that mode or any other.

I'm starting to think it's a issue with the hub & not the base. The base still goes to Bootloader mode when initiated and seems to do all it's functions, fans run etc., I will know here in a few days, I've ordered the new CS V2.5 & Xbox hub, I will replace the hub first with the new one and see if it works with the old base, I think if its the hub it's something that not worth fixing the far out of purchase, but the base would be, I've had this setup over a year, wondering if anybody knows if there is a Fanatec affiliate in the US that can repair.
