Fanatec DD1 Wheel Calibration

I was lucky enough to find a used Podium DD1 PS4 kit, but after a few laps noticed that the wheel calibration is slipping off center. After searching a little bit online found the video explaining how to tighten up the clamp at the collar of the QR, but that doesn't seem to stop the slippage. My firmware for the motor, base, and wheel are all up to date. I am wondering if I am missing something here, if I have a defective unit, etc.

Any help would be appreciated!

The clamp appears to be correctly positioned.
If more torque on the clamp bolts does not help contact Fanatec support.

How much can I tighten it? Do I break out the big boy rachet?

As far as I remember the recommended torque is 10Nm, but even if you tighten a bit more than that I don't think it will be a problem.

I tightened it up with a ratchet and there was a lot more to go. This is promising!

I am returning the wheel and the seller is going to send me another. I tightened it as much as I could, but the wheel goes off center if you turn left or right hard and quick.
