Fanatec Support in Driveclub?

I was wondering, since fanatec steering wheels magically have decided to be available for project cars, does this mean they'll work for driveclub as well?

As far as I know it's purely in pCARS' code and nothing to do with the system in general. So, no.

got project cars to use my Fananec clubsport wheel. so i fired up The Crew to find my Fananec clubsport works now. hoping driveclub will patch it in to.

Really? That's weird that there was no announcement of compatibility. Would be great to try DC with a wheel.

Ya thats why i was confused as there was no patch that i know of or any word that they patched it in. Hoping DC gets support soon. As project cars is not my cup of tea. like sim/cade and arcade games

Officially they are supposed to work, there are drivers in the game for them. But they don't actually work properly at the moment, there are loads of issues with certain wheels.

Yes I fired up my fantec clubsport wheel and worked fine. Confused I never seen or heard about it being patched in but it now works about a week after i got project cars. Not sure on the other fanatec wheels.

Figures I just traded in The Crew for Driveclub this past weekend. I had no idea I could use my wheel.

I would not have said it worked if it did not. I only know that the fantec clubsport wheel v2 works as thats what i got. It worked great with street and perf cars also worked well with dirt and raid until you loose control. But if that works then i would think the csr and gt2 should work.

They've probably been busy with the Playstation Plus Edition, but I feel your pain as I myself still have my CSR.

GT2 owner here, hurting as well. I've gone as far as I can with the pad, need a wheel to get serious & progress. Come on Evolution, you can do it!

They just added support for the new Logitech g29 which is not even out. what the heck Evolution. I also had the gt2 and csr loved them both. If would have known support was going to be support for the ps4 for the csr/gt2 i would have never spent crazy money on the csw v2
