Grettings!
I didn’t see any threads about it and so.. maybe someone will find it useful for himself.

Gist: You record a macros consisting of sequence of pressed buttons with it’s timings and loop it.
see "1000 Likes" spoiler

Requirements:
Field of application:
  • 1000 Likes for Photos/Liveries
Choose first Photo/Livery in a row and run the macros.
How It works.

  • 100 Livery Publishing.
First publishing You have to do manually, then run the macros. To delete all duplicates of created liveries at your collection сhoose first Livery in a row and run the macros.
  • Credit / XP Farming.
1. Setup macros. Do not loop it! Run and turn off the loop function. It chooses a first car at Your Garage and sets up the race with max Credit / XP profit. So the first car at your garage must be N100 to make macros work right ;-) Start it once when GT Sport loaded and the screen poped up:

2. Race macros. Run it, check the loop function turn on and go sleep or watch a film.. Turn it off when You will desire. 11 min ~ 61500 Cr / 610 XP.

Note: Unfortunately It’s far not the most profitable way of Credit / XP Farming but it frees the player from monotonous actions. I’ve tried to record few fast and successful races for KTM X-Bow on Blue moon Bay to get more profitable macros but they didn’t work due to wrong control timings or collisions with AI cars. So If somebody could record more profitable macros for Credit / XP Farming. It could help a lot for another players to reach 50 level or get pricey car fast.
  • Cars setup sharing
Recorded Macros also may be useful for Cars setup sharing instead of screenshots due to different units measurements. May be someone will wish to try. An example of such macros you can see at Credit / XP Farming macros spoiler - Setup macros.

Note 1: Each macros was recorded in GTs v.1.28 and may will require an updating with new GTs patches.
Note 2: Use Macro Compressor tool (Tools->Macro Compressor) which discards unused values and spaces in a macro (resulting in a much smaller file).

Thanks Komefai for
PS4Macro.

I get it ( I think ). When running the macros, they act like B-Spec Bob and drive the car for you. Correct?

I think the app records button presses done on the DS4, loops it and automates 'like' ticking. Likewise livery and photo publishing to tick off their relevant achievements. I didn't think set up sharing was in there though.

Quite clever automating it.👍

I would prefer that the game economy be tweaked so farming isn't necessary. And yes, there are already other threads devoted to various ways of grinding and rubberbanding credits.

How would recording controller input work, when the AI aren't scripted too closely? Farming the maximum credits relies on clean race bonuses, and controller recording relies on no contact to ensure the same position each lap.

Yes, at the moment it's right like rubberbanding method. But in case of rubberbanding player has to restart the race manually every time. Macros allow to automate it - player is free of farming. It's just an automation tool: its aplication depends on players.
I didn't say that it's most profitable way. Nevertheless I think that AI cars are scripted and the only trigger that makes them deviate is a player. So if You could record ideal safe race with restart.. it could work. But I don't like drive with DS4 in racing games =P If someone will find it interesting he could try to use it.

Is that allowed by the game's ToA? Honest question here because it's seems like there's some reverse engineering here.

Also, 4 years playing GTA Online did a number on farming for me, now I can't stand it at all.

As You can see developer created the program exactly for GTA Online.

* Waiting for a certain someone to say this isn't needed, yet confesses to a very similar approach *

So sad this is modern gaming though. (Not aimed at gamers, but developers).

I won't grind that oval, leave it on overnight, or waste time not having fun...

So I play other racing games. I'd rather it be technically worse than a chore.

This isn't needed but you can do it if you want. I do an hour of driving or sometimes more everyday and pick up over 1 million credits :). So what if sometimes I use this device I made up in the picture below a few time a week to get a little bit more credits, so what. If you really think about it, your better off driving to earn credits than by using this device below. I can use my device to get a little bit more credits, and there is nothing wrong by doing that is there. If you don't grind by winning some credits, how and the hell are you going to get want you want like cars.

If a racing game has a credits system and your not happy with the way the credits are in the game, well don't play it. It is not the games fault that the credits are no good for your liking, and you have to play the game on how it is. Who cares on what you do in a game whether you grind and do rubber banding.

What if you don't get the FIA Championship pop-up so you don't have to press OK to enter the main menu? How would the setup macro work then?
When do you run the race macro? And is it clever enough to understand when the input is needed or is it just based on time? In that case, wouldn't the different loading times mess it up?
These might be stupid questions, but I didn't look into it or try it, just asked some questions which first popped into mind.

raghza, if You open a macro, you'll see that it's based on time only. To syncronize macro with the game and exclude a problem of different loading times You have to wait a little bit before press next button at some menus - it is described in video above. For the case of FIA Championship pop-up absence I can check the macro in the evening - I think that it's not a problem if player/macro press X and then O at the main menu few unnecessary times. But If it won't work and mess up the sequence then You always can record a new macro. I started "race macro" at the second screen in the spoiler "Credit / XP Farming macros".
Thus after 1 week of night farming by macro (while I was sleep) I got Ferrari 330 P4 - now I can use it for most profitable Circuit de la Sarthe.. or continue to farm by macro a few more pricey cars ;)

You really are a dopey lost cause. That comment was prime, thanks. Lol.

You emphasise the problem, that's what's wrong. Do what you want, but stop acting the fool.

Grinding isn't gaming. (And I don't care for a response from a known shill, your words fall on deaf ears).
