You either win comfortably or get flogged.
Anything more than two laps is excruitiating.

True enuff, but I thought that drafting added a little spice to it in GT3. The operative phrase being "a little".

Fair comment - but you need to nail the gearing for it to be a contest.
The old test course was better as it was actually quite spooky in the corners at high speed, and you needed to have the set-up reasonably right - ended up backwards on the inside of the banks a couple of times with cars that were spung too stiffly.

My personal best is 1'11.259 using the Toyota GT1 Race Car w/1350hp including oil light on.

How do u set up the car to wheelie?
1.Equip the highest possible turbo or NA tune stage possible.
2.Decrease spring rate to smallest possible value on both front and rear.
3.Decrease ride height to smallest possible value on both front and rear.
4.Set gear ratio's auto setting to highest possible level.
5.Decrease front Downforce to the lowest and increase rear Downforce to the highest possible value.
6.Set ASM and TCS to level 0
Now go out on the test course and when u reach about 230mph your car will begin to catch some air

The fastest saved time I've done is 1:01.337 also using the Toyota GT1 Race Car. The trick is to get the car wheeling just after you come of the bends!!:burnout:
