We all obviously want a fast car. So what is the fastest EVER car?

You may all go "it depends on your tires and the track etc", but please just say it straight, what is the fastest car in the game?

I don't mean track time, I mean speed. speeeeeed.

MPH, KPH, whatever, please, I neeeeeed it.

well I don't, but it'd be pretty cool to go super fast XD

And yes, I am another noob wanting to go as fast as possible, so please don't point that out.
