Fastest FF car 0-400 No TCS

Well thats what I'm looking for, fastest (FF) Front wheel drive car in the 0-400 without TCS, no drivign aids...Any car as long as its not a race car, and front wheel drive, any horse power nitrous whatever. My tibroun goes 12.427..

everythings upgraded, put a wing on it for downforce, and put 200lbs in the fron, and messed with gear ratios and suspension.

The reson for no TCS is because it takes mroe skill..post times!
