Fastest FF car, no TCS 0-400

Yea I want to see who can build the fastest (FF) Front Wheel drive car in the 0-400 with no TCS, any FF car thats not a race car, any horse power, nitrous, just no traction control. So far I got my tiburon to go 12.427, having no TCS makes it intresting because you actually have to pedal the gas, it takes more skill...so Post your times/settings...

tiburon
full drivetrain
suspension
stage 2 turbo, full engine mods, n2o
i put a wing on it
200lbs weight in the front
weight reductions and slicks...
