Fastest lap times

I don't have a PSN account so can't access most of the online features. Is there a way I can see online lap time leaderboards or is there some other way I can find out the fastest laps on specific circuits?

It’s not included in the game. Which does not make any sense...

The offline leader boards only show you times from your PSN friends list, so they're not representative of global leaders unless you make friends with the aliens. Also, they've recently been reset and most people that have already achieved gold aren't going back to set new times.

Regional Top 10 times are available for each Sport Mode race, but that requires a PS Plus subscription on top of the PSN account.

You can always get a free PSN account and look for friends in this thread. My PSN ID is MACHINE1121 for anybody that wants to add me. Just put GTP, gtplanet, or something in the request, so I know it's not some rando.

Honestly, Sport Mode is a lot of fun if you can afford the PS Plus subscription.
