Fastest Laps Link Broken?

Heya everyone!

I was wondering if someone knew what was going on with the "Fastest Laps" link up in the Gran Turismo 4 Forums? Everytime I try to access it, I'm told "your account does not have access to this section."

Could someone explain what is going on? Hope this thread is in the right spot...
