Fastest track times?

I remember seeing some sort of list that had all the tracks and the fastest laps on it some time ago but I cant see to find it. Can someone help please?

I could have sworn it was on this site, the spot race forum is great for specific cars, not an all inclusive track list with the top 25 lap times. I thought it was somewhere in the guide section of gtp, but I guess not.
