What's your favorite weapon in GTA3? The Uzi is what I like best.

I like the shotgun the best. I've always liked shotguns, that's got to be one of the coolest weapons you can own. There's just something cool about a gun that can shoot out a few dozen hot pieces of metal with one shot. Too bad it takes too long to reload in GTA3. Something like a Uzi with explosive bullets would be really nice.

I'm going to be controversial and say I love all the weapons, but particularly:
- fists (does it come any purer?)
- the baseball bat (for those untouchable 'de Niro' moments)
- the flamethrower and the molotov cocktails (mmm...BBQ...)
- the AK47 ('when you absolutely positively have to...')
- the sniper rifle (is there anything more soul-satisfying than a long range shot on an old lady? Except perhaps a long range shot on an old lady with the 'more gore' cheat on?)
- the rocket launcher (effective against helicopters, but so much more fun when used on cars and pedestrians)

Did you know you can shoot down a helicopter with the machine gun that you have to aim, like with the sniper rifle (forgot the name)? It takes a long time and a lot of shots, but you can do it. I found that out once when I was at my hideout in Staunton Island, being chased by the cops, and a helicopter followed me there.

Yup - done that. Ran out of rockets. Does take a while though.

You can also use the M16 by shooting down a helicopter, just like the cheap rocket launcher.

someone who really knows about gameshark code making stuff should make a code that rpelaces the pistol and launches maltovs......but instead of alob or somthing it would be a strait line. Stand on buildings, and fire.....or lock onto a cop and watch the whole thing just go up in flames. Maybe replace the M16 beacuse it has the sight and take out choppers with a maltov...lol...

I like the flamethrower. sooooo easy to kill many people at once.
i also like the shot gun and the rocket launcher, but the flamethrower is the BEST!

in GTA2 my favourite thing to do was get a firetruck and blast people into walls with the water cannon.

You can do that in GT3 - you just aim it at the footpath, drive along with the spray going, and watch those peds fly!

I'd have to say my favorite weapon is my car, whatever I can drive. I can drive around, kill hundreds of people no sweat, and when my car catches on fire, I park it next to a line of cars and watch them all explode...

Other than that, I'd say the M16(the one that scopes)cause you can blow up cars and stuff really quick. Also the Sniper Rifle cause I like finding an impossible to get to place and sniping everyone I can below, best place to do this is going up the bridge from staunton to shoreside, and as you go around the spiral be on the outside lanes and before the bridge struckture starts, drive off the side right by the concrete thing that starts the bridge girders, you end up on a blueish walkway, so get out of your car, walkout above the street that leads to the bridge, and get out your rifle and zoom all the way and hold it, now move around, find people, and shoot them, like one time each person, and soon you have cops after you, but they can't get to you and you can toss grenades off and blow up the cars below, and eventually you will have to shoot down some helicopters...

worst weapon I think is the firebombs cause most times it catches me on fire, and it rarely goes where you need it to go...

Ohh and also a good one is the uzi cause you can shoot out the sides of your car and start races, just pull up next to someone and shoot like once, and if they start going fast, you can race them and keep shooting them till they blow up, then just find someone else...

You know what? The Flamethrower is the only weapon to destroy a tank!!!!! I tried doing that when I had the highest Wanted level (6) and it definitely worked!!! So there is one weapon for y'all to escape the authorities.....

You can also do that with the molotov. If you're trapped up on a building with tanks below, just toss a few over, BOOM

well my first post was before I got the all weapons cheat, now I got to say the rocket launcher. Just like RVD, I love getting to a nice high spot and shooting the cars below. And shooting down helicopters. I find it weird how you can't blow up a tank with the rocket launcer but you can burn them till they explode...just seem wierd.

Also the flame thrower, just stand in one place and just make a circle of fire around you, no one can get to you.

Well I just never thought of using the all weapon cheat...till I finally did and now I use it all the time, really helps on the missions...

i know thats why i did it
