Well as there is what 20 - 30 save points i would like to know what ones are your favourite and why, what ones you use the most and what ones you are disappointed in.

I use the Verdant Medows airfield, Woozies Casion, Doherty Garage the most,

My favourite in LV is Woozies Casion because of the location to the airport, weapons that spawn, plus its a casino and its easy to locate.

My Favourite in the Desert is Verdant Medows because it has 3 planes and 2 choppers a pcj 600 and a jetpack that spawn there and as well as a 5 or so plane hanger and a 4 space garage, as well as $10,000 every day (not that i care about it ) and with the hydra it is very quick and easy to travel around. this id have to say is the best save point in the game by far

Favourite in SF is the doherty Garage, its right near pay n spray, SF races, Driving school, train station, this save point is very well located and easy to reach. It also has weapons that spawn their and isnt to far from SF airport

Favourtie in LS, i hardly go there now, but i like the Santa Maria beach savepoint as it has nice 2 or so car garage, its near pay n spray, plus there is a raindance (helicopter) on the beach not far from the house.

Im dissapointed in Mad Dogs Mansion as you have no garage, no money and no weapons near it, in VC the mansion was in the middle of the map, with water and air access as well as chopper with machine guns, I would have prefered the 100% *vehicles* to have spawned at maddogs mansion instead of where they are spawned.

When I first knew that Madd Dogg's mansion would become a savepoint, I thought "Cool, you get a mansion just like in Vice CIty!", but no, there's nothing special there. It's boring inside, there's no garages you can use, the helicopter is never there when you load (you have to run away and come back), and you're constantly climbing walls and fences to get round the place. Bah humbug!

I usually save at Verdant Meadows because it's got loads of garage space, has a jetpack and has helicopters and planes avaiable (including the Hydra and Hunter!). It's also got a spawning PCJ600. I've noticed that the Hunter and Leviathan are never there at the same time though, it's always one or the other... You can get anywhere in a few minutes from here. It's also not far from Area 69 where you can steal a Rhino from.

In San Fierro I usually save at the garage in Doherty. I'm a bit dissapointed with it too. They made such a fuss in the storyline about how CJ and Cesar were going to make a business out of it. You think they'd have cleaned it up a bit, huh? I also use the place in Hashbury with the garage.

In Los Santos I usually save at Santa Maria beach. It's right beside the Raindance helicopter so you can get places quickly from here. When I get 100% I might go back to using CJs house because the Rhino and Hydra spawn there.

edit: I'm also a bit dissapointed at the lack of easter eggs at your hideouts. In Vice City it was a nice touch to add little features to the Ocean Beach hotel and to Vercetti Mansion as the plot progressed. Things like a suitcase full of cash, a hidden package, race trophies, posters, etc. were added and were related to missions you'd done. Also, the mansion got filthier and filthier as time progressed with trash bags lying around, empty pizza boxes, wine bottles and glasses lying around. Also there was graffiti on Diaz's portrait and his other picutres.

The interiors of savepoints in San Andreas are all boring and look the same as each other.

lol KM you use the same places as me for pretty much the same reasons, Yeah i thought cool the SF garage would get done up and i even thought you would be able to mod cars and havea paynspray there, but it seems Wang Autos took care of that.

I tend to use 4 major points (Garage, CJ's, Wuzi's & Verdant Meadow)... altho if I'm in a rush it's wherever is closest.

I like the Airfield cos of the amount of hardware you have knocking around!!

I think you will find everyone will agree with the save points you pointed out for the same reasons--- it needs to have air access so you can get anywhere fast--- to me verdant meadows is it--- from there you can get anywhere on the map in about 3 minutes and get any other vehicle or weapon you might want.

I think I might like Grove street after 100% though-

-- most of the save points were pretty pointless to me--- why do you need several save points on the strip in LV, without car storage??? And I do find most of the safe houses pretty boring-- The vercetti estate was and is still tops in my book 👍

yep the vercetti estate is the roxors, though verdant meadows isnt very far behind, in fact its nearly tieing, with unlimited ammo, so no need for weapons id say its nearly the best, if it had armour it would be as good as vercetti estate.

That's what I thought. What the hell's the point in giving you a house to buy in Angel Pine when you automatically have a place there? It doesn't even give you a garage. And the house on the clifftop near The Truth's farm.... it costs something like $100,000 and you don't get a garage!

They could have at least given you garages in out of the way places like that. I don't need 4 save points in San Fierro with garages, but I'd like to be able to store cars in out of the way place so if I save there I've got a vehicle I like nearby.

Yeah, the lack of garages is often annoying, but usually there is a car parked nearby if you're not near traffic.

I live at the nice house in Prickle Pine, and I also use the Verdant Meadows Airstrip. The house is my favoruite because it looks nice and is nice inside. I like the Airstrip because of the Planes and Helicopters, which I love to fly.

Thanks for providing that armour shot for Verdant Meadows, . now its tied as the best save game point in GTA with the vercetti estate.

I use pretty much the same places as everyone else... the garage in SF because of proximity to airport... Wu Zi's casino because I have weapons that spawn out there all the time... for some reason I use CJ's house in Los Santos still, but I don't go there much anyway. Los Santos is kinda ugly.

I use all the same ones as mentioned but I use CJs house to. I still have gang territory and stuff to take over so I am staying in LS for a fair while. I like it there anyway but if I am anywhere near Verdant Meadows I alsways save at the airstrip because I like to try and beat the SAMs from Area 69. I got cained by one when I had the jetpack. They only fired one but it hit him right in the head. He didnt die but it took all his armour and 3 quarters of his health.

i hardly ever visit LS, not sure why either. I spend most of my time in SF, desert, LV. i stay away from Badlands / LS / Angel pine etc, Not sure why.

I have only used Verdant Meadows and the garage in Doherty to save since I've gotten 100%. I don't think I've even been back to Los Santos other than to take my Rhino back to SF. I find most of the save points pointless. There really didn't need to be so many of them. But I guess it just depends on where people like to go.

i like havein lots of save points, i remeber in gta3 people winged about not havin enough, now were winging about too many, thers not to many, some are pointless yeah, but its better to have them then to not have them. out of all the choices we can find the best ones suited to our game style. some are near races, others are near killin spots, others are at gambleing spots, others near water access, others near air access, and so on. I think we have enough, its just we need them to have more garage space. Actually id love a warehouse/dealership were youd store your cars like granturismo sorta style, you drop it off in a marker and then hop in another marker and go through your list of saved cars and select which on you want to use and it appears inside the warehouse, similar to the I/E in GTA3. this way you can have 50 or more cars saved and its easy to get the one you want. Though i only want this for one big warehouse, this would be too tedious for every single garage. Anyways, i love how there is so many save houses though i wish they had more garage space, Im currently transfering all my lowriders to verdant medows hanger to see how many i can fit in.

i put 5 tanks in there but one dissapeared, so i believe it holds 4, unless tanks count as 2 cars or something

my favourite place is verdant meadows, you have the airplane hangar, which at the moment i have 3 tanks in here , and then you have the hydra, all the planes/helicopters from missions and flight school, jetpack, then the garage that can store 4 or 5 cars, armour as previously stated. why wouldnt you not what to go there. my second would have to be cj's garage in SF, because of the station, TransFender, pay n' spray, wang autos, everything
