Ferrari Challenge 2013 Sonoma pics

Here's the full set of pics.

Found my way back to Sonoma Raceway this year. Some new features this year. The 'factory' ferrari tent had an F12 Berlinetta, an F1 simulator running Monza laps (the waiting list was epic) and a Forza setup with a Fanatec CSRE wheel, and toy and R/C Ferraris for the younger set. There was a Fiat Abarth challenge you could sign up for which was a mini autocross course.

They had all the Corse Clienti signs up but there were no F1/599xx/FXX present. Some nice vintage models in the crowd though, a Ford GT in classic GT40 livery, and a real live Enzo that constantly drew a crowd. Watched some qualifying for the 458 Challenge Stradale before we had to leave.

Mostly 458, California, 430 (including more Scuderia than you might expect), here and there some 360 and 575, 308/328, Testarossa, and a yellow Dino. I found it curious that I didn't see any 599 this trip. Also interesting is some of the more unusual colors you see even on the more 'common' models amongst the sea of Rosso Corsa/Scuderia.

I'm no expert on the older models.

You can't really see in the last one, but the guy is strapping his son into a car seat. I hope the kid grows up to do the same with his kid in that car.
